Soups & Salads
Fire roasted peppers, onions, bell peppers, jalapenos, and tomatillos is the base for the stew which is then made with sauteed venison, hominy and cactus. Perfect served over rice.
Oahu grown Salad
Manoa lettuce, local herbs and spring mixes, with in house made dressings and based upon season avocado and other assorted fruits and mac nuts.
